• Increase in testing frequency over the past few months conveyed us a message that the launch of the Yezdi models are not very far away. Now the motorcycles are spied undisguised and the MotorBeam team gave the glimpse of the same. As we know, there were two models including a ADV and scrambler is under development. Let's kick start this article with the adventure model.
• Firstly, the model is spied with extra touring accessories such as pannier box and jerry cans at the front. I think the standard variant of the bike will not come with these additional accessories. Other than that, it has got some typical adventure design elements such as high-set front fender, taller windscreen, wired spoke rims, upswept exhaust pipe, knuckle guards and fork gators.
• Circular LED headlamp unit sits above the front fender and also the small turn winkers looks cool. I've noticed that the crash guard of the bike looks purposeful and also it covers the exhaust assembly's down tube. By taking a deeper look at the spied images, I think the frame utilized here is a single cradle unit but it's not sure.
• It also gets minimalistic side panels with adventure badging and split seat design. All mechanical components are blacked out including the engine and exhaust assembly. Braking duties are handled by disc set-up at both the ends clamped by Bybre calipers. I think the fly screen is adjustable and sits behind it is a fully digital instrument cluster.
• This ADV is not only the model which the bike maker going to put under the production line. There's also a scrambler model which is also spied undisguised. I personally love this model because it remembers me something of the past. It do have a scrambler based design elements such as short exhaust, single piece seat, raised handle setup, knuckle guards, tyre hugger with number plate holder and twin gas charged struts at the rear.
• It looks like the fuel tank utilized on both the models are not the same one and this model is equipped with circular rear view mirrors. Instead of alloys, it also gets wired spoke units which helps in both off-road and in tarmac. While the instrument cluster utilized here is not clearly visible, I think it'll get semi digital instrumentations. But what's more interesting is the other two models parked alongside the scrambler based bike.
• This is the first time we got a chance to witness those models which looks like a cruiser type of motorbike rivaling Royal Enfield's Meteor and Classic models. Both of them contains alloy wheels, circular headlamp unit with chrome bezel. The one on the left corner is equipped with pillion backrest and larger windscreen. It also gets chrome exhaust.
• The one on the center gets no backrest and bar end mirrors. Exhaust in this particular model is also blacked out. I think both the models are the same one but spied testing with different parts and accessories. As far now, we got a chance to witness a adventure, scrambler and cruiser model from the brand.
• It also looks like all the three models are equipped with the same engine. The motor is likely to be borrowed from the Jawa Perak which is a 334cc, LC unit churning out 30.64PS and 32.74Nm and it'll be tuned according to the bike's nature. As the models are spied undisguised, I think the launch event is not very far away.
