Royal Enfield Hunter spied testing

Few months before, the spy image of the Hunter 350 from Royal Enfield has surfed the Internet as well as in social medias. The new spy shots of the Hunter 350 is now again captured where both the ends of the motorbike has been snapped clearly.

As the company's way of designing, this motorbike also features a retro design with a 350cc engine. It continues to have the round shaped headlamp along with round indicators and round rear view mirrors. This machine is also added with the teardrop shaped fuel tank, single piece seat and a shortened rear fender which gives the motorbike a scrambler feel and look. The handlebar is raised higher for the good feedback. It shares the conventional double cradle frame and the engine from their already present model Meteor 350. I don't know why the manufacturer has implemented the alloy wheels instead of the wired spoke rims. The inclusion of the wired spoke rims would have given the motorbike a even more retro feel. The absence of pillion grab rail with the flat seat also improves the scrambler look of the motorbike. We can able to see the short exhaust and discs at both the ends.

To reduce the overall cost of the product, it shares the same engine with the Meteor 350 and we can expect the manufacturer to develop more models on the same platform. As we all know, the manufacturer has implemented the new refined engine in the Meteor 350 which resulted in the smooth performance with reduced vibrations. The same engine will also be used here. So we can expect the engine to throw out the same 20.2hp and 27Nm of peak torque.

There are also chances in which we may see the tripper navigation system which is first implemented in the Meteor 350. Few months before, the manufacturer announced that they were going to launch the new model in every three months for 7 years. The launch of the new Hunter 350, Shotgun, Scram411 is going to come under this plan and I've heard that the manufacturer is also working on the 350cc version of the Continental GT and the Interceptor.
