Along with the twins, Piaggio group has also lunched the Moto Guzzi V85TT in our country starting from Rs 12.6 lakh. The only major update is the emission norm and other minor changes were also made in this machine. The motorbike gives the adventure enduro looks and suits perfect for the daily commuting as well as for adventures.
The motorbike is fabricated with the adventure enduro components such as wired spoke rims, upswept exhaust, purposeful bash plates, protective knuckle guards, luggage carrier, raised front mudguard and so on. Motorbike features all LED lighting system with the stunning twin headlamp with the DRL.
Propelling the motorbike is a 90deg V twin, air cooled, transversely mounted engine which punches out 75hp at 7,500rpm and 81.35Nm of peak torque at 5,000rpm and mated to a 6 speed transmission system. The older model produced about 79hp. It features a TFT instrument cluster and also a ride by wire technology.
Suspension duties are handled by a 41mm USD at the front and a lateral monoshock at the rear where both is adjustable for extension and preload. Braking duties are done by the dual 320mm discs with a 4 piston Brembo radial calipers at the front and 320mm disc with a 2 piston caliper at the rear. It also features a MG traction control system and dual channel ABS as standard.
TFT instrument cluster and cruise control also comes as standard. It rolls with the help of 19inch wheel at front and 17inch at the rear. Overall weight is 230kg and the fuel tank capacity is 23L. It have 5 riding modes such as road, rain, sport, off-road and a custom mode. 2 new modes were also added which isn't present on the previous models. This motorbike is now a perfect competitor for its other rivals which comes under the same category.
