• Kawasaki India has announced the launch of MY 2022 Ninja ZX-10R in our country starting from Rs 15,14,000 ex-showroom. This supersport is now available in new color schemes which is Kawasaki's traditional lime green and metallic diablo black.
• Other things including the mechanical specifications and design elements of the machine remains the same. Frame, rear panels, fairings are finished in black where the upper part is finished in traditional Kawasaki green. In the black color scheme, everything is finished black in color where the green sleek line flows along the fairing.
• Aggressive looking LED headlamp unit dominates the darkness same as before with the integrated winglet. Clip-ons are lowered and the windscreen is on the higher side. Powering the machine is a 998cc, inline 4, LC, DOHC unit which produces about 203PS & 114Nm at 13,200 & 11,400rpm respectively.
• It is paired to a 6 speed transmission system with quickshifter. All of them is stuffed inside a cast aluminum twin spar frame. Fuel tank's capacity is 17L and the overall weight is 207kg. According to the manufacturer, cooling performance have been improved based on the feedback from WSB race machine.
• Suspension duties are handled by 43mm inverted forks with external compression chamber from Showa which is adjustable for compression & rebound damping and spring preload. Rear end gets a gas charged shock which is also adjustable.
• Braking components are from Brembo. It contains dual 330mm discs with radially mounted 4 piston calipers at the front and 220mm disc with single piston caliper at the rear. Other electronic rider aids includes cruise control, engine brake control, traction control, launch control, cornering management, riding and power modes.
