KTM entered into our country by hooking up with the Bajaj Auto and still stands down as the best sports machine in various segments. You can able to see most of the KTMs were utilized as a sports machine as well as stunt machines. This manufacturer is present in our country nearly a decade and now, next generation of the RC 390's images has been leaked ahead of its launch. Let's dive into those images and see what are all the parameters that have been upgraded.
First thing we notice here is the dual tone paint job of blue and KTM orange. Twin LED projector setup is replaced by a single LED headlamp where the headlamp housing have a carbon fiber finishing. The DRLs also looks somewhat different which is not nice according to my taste. The fuel tank looks bigger now which means you can go through extra miles. It looks like the handlebar has been lifted up slightly which you expect from the sports cruiser.
Now the exhaust looks different from the current version and so the fairings. The fairings has undergone major update and redesigned which also looks fresh. It is expected that the engine used here is going to be the same one as the previous model. Now, the manufacturer has used this engine without a major update except changing to the BS-VI emission norms. Now, we can expect the manufacturer to imply any changes in mechanical wise just to improve the output power or by adding new features like traction control, bi-directional quickshifter and it is very much expected that this model could come with the new Bluetooth accessible TFT instrument console.
The pillion seat also looks different now and also the bolted subframe. Another thing which I have noticed is the rims which is also redesigned. If all these features and changes are going to be implemented in this new model, surely this'll cost more than the current version.
