Bajaj Pulsar range to be updated soon

• Recently, Bajaj has entered the 250 platform with the launch of two new models namely F250 and N250. After completing two decades completely, Bajaj Auto still manages to run the Pulsar brand successfully with some models.

• But, the emerge of other new models from different manufacturers made the competition tough and yeah, Bajaj Auto has planned to do something to survive in the highly competitive world.

• Since its launch, all the models were provided with small cosmetic and feature updates. Other than that, design and mechanical parameters stayed same where the Pulsar maniacs expects more from the bike maker.

Bajaj Pulsar range to be updated soon

• Back in the year 2001, Pulsar range of models entered the tarmac in the from of 150 & 180cc motorcycles and became a hit. After that, 220F made its presence in the year 2008 and still now it is one of the best selling motorcycle in our country.

• After hooking up with the KTM brand, the manufacturer introduced the all new NS200 and RS200 in the year 2012 and 2015 which once again became a hit and became one of the best selling entry level sports commuter in our country.

• Currently Pulsar range of motorcycles are present in different platforms like 125cc, 150cc, 180cc, 200cc, 220cc and the newly launched 250cc. At the launch event of the Pulsar 250, Bajaj has announced that the existing lineups will be updated in the upcoming months and it is expected that some of the model's plug will be pulled out to simplify the lineups.

• They haven't revealed the displacement but we can expect the new design elements wrapping up the existing engine. 125 and 150cc Pulsars are boosting up the sales for the manufacturer and they're likely about to update these segments first followed by others including the 200 and 180.

• I also heard that the successive models 220F, NS and RS200 will be discontinued soon to make way for the updated Pulsar series. All the three model's sales were good still now even they're outdated. If they're untouched, it'd complete another decade I'd say.

• Exact launch dates or timeline haven't been revealed by the manufacturer but as said by Rajiv Bajaj, they're working on new and smaller displacement Pulsars for sure and I think it'll be launched by the middle of 2022. Like I said, I wish them not to discontinue the existing 220F and 200 series.
