Upcoming ADV from Yezdi : New detailed spy shots

• This adventure type looking vehicle has been spotted testing multiple times which concludes that the manufacturer is working on multiple products including a model which is likely to be called as Roadking, a scrambler styled motorbike.

• Now, the ADV type motorcycle is spotted closely where new details emerge and it looks similar to that of the Royal Enfield's Himalayan. First thing which I've noticed is the present of crash guard.

• But unlike the Himalayan, round shaped headlamp assembly isn't mounted on the grill. The crash guard itself looks different and I think its also for holding the extra jerry cans at both the sides.

• The crash guard also looks more purposeful and this time, the motorbike is spotted with a rear luggage rack. Presence of tall wind visor, wired spoke wheels, upswept exhaust assembly, raised handle set-up adds some more essence to the ADV.

• It looks like the brake calipers are from Bybre. All lightings looks like they're LED units and I think the front end is equipped with 21" wheel unit. Telescopic forks & monoshock at the front & rear takes care of the suspension duty.

• All together along with the center set footpegs gives the rider a upright riding posture and overall the motorbike looks capable for heavy off-roading. But, everything depends on the power source of the vehicle. But, it still misses out a engine bash plate.

• These upcoming models are to be manufactured under the same roof of the Jawa plant and so we can expect the same powertrain components. The motorbike is likely to be powered by the Perak's 334cc unit producing about 30bhp.

• But I think the ECU will be re-tuned to obtain the peak torque at lower RPM bands. This'll help the motorcycle to play bad at mud & dust. Other than that, it has got a split type seat assembly with the raised rear end, blacked engine with air fins and oil cooler.

• Once launched, this motorbike will compete against other ADVs in the segment and sits in between the Xpulse and Himalayan. We can expect this model to be launched around the first half of the next year.
