Royal Enfield's Scram 411 has been spotted testing without any camo. This time, the motorbike is in grey color scheme which looks similar to the Gravel Grey color scheme of the existing Himalayan. Launch of this model is around the corner where we can expect the manufacturer to introduce it by this month end or by early 2022.
Unlike the Himalayan, headlamp is mounted on the triple clamp and they're blacked out. Instead of jerry can holders, it gets simple tank shrouds which also looks nice. In this version, everything is blacked out including the tank shrouds, headlamp and the engine itself.
Back there in the official TVC shooting at Goa, several parts of the motorbike including the headlamp cowl and bash plate gets brushed metal finish. From this we can understand that the bike will get many color schemes like the new gen Classic 350.
Scram 411 is going to be the road focused version of the existing Himalayan. Even though, engine bash plate comes as part of the plan which should be appreciated. Instead of split type seat and rear luggage rack, this one gets simple pillion grabrail and single piece seat.
There's no enough details about the instrument cluster. But, we can expect a single pod cluster like on the Meteor 350 along with a tripper navigation pod at least as an accessory. Suspension and braking components are likely to be borrowed from the existing Himalayan.
But the wheel unit differs here. Instead of 21" unit at the front, it is likely to be equipped with a 19" unit. But the manufacturer has implemented the wired spoke rims which stays true to the company's heritage of retro feel.
Other than that, the motorbike is equipped with the same powertrain unit from the Himalayan which is a 411cc, air+oil cooled unit along with a 5 speed transmission system and it is good for 24.3bhp and 32Nm.
Coming to the price, we can expect the bike maker to introduce this model at a price lesser than the Himalayan and as the spied mule looks production ready, launch event of the same is around the corner.
