The manufacturer said that they've conducted a survey to get an idea on behavior of people while using the charging stations. The survey leads to a result that the consumers are looking for smart chargers which could be identified through a app also along with the 16amp charging stations with lengthy power chords. They also expect a app where they can also utilize UPI transactions and to monitor the usage.

Hero Electric's CEO, Sohinder Gill has mentioned that the incentives provided by governments in the past few months has made the people to turn their heads towards EVs and this'll help even more further. Up to now, about 1,650 stations were developed all over the country and we aim to expand the network about 20,000 stations by the end of 2022. This tie-up with Massive Mobility will even more improve our efforts to achieve our aim. This partnership not only helps to grow both the alliance but also helps other industries as well.

Co-founder of Massive Mobility, Shailesh Vickram Singh has said that they're working & looking forward to create a seamless charging experience for Hero customers by providing a system with their liking itself. This'll get rid of the range anxiety and boosts the adoption rate by 40% of both the two & three wheelers. Overall, the matter which appeared as a highlight to me is, the whole system is universal which means, the charging network will be open to all kinds of electric models including three wheelers.
